European American Armory 12 + 1 Round 40 S&W w/Polymer Frame [999108]

Have owned many EAA products over the years, so it is no surprise to me that this one has great ergonomics and is both reliable and accurate. It eats whatever I feed it, and puts the rounds where I aim. Out of the box, the pistol shot a bit right of center, but the rear sight is easily adjusted for windage, so that was a quick fix. (Must be my eyes, but pretty much every pistol I pick up shoots a tad right!) My postal scale says this model is 26.5 ounces with an empty mag in it. Feels nice and light, but recoil is easily managed. No problem carrying this pistol all day long -- which I do. The steel-frame models weigh about 6-8 ounces more, and that makes a difference to me. My back-up mags are EAA's 15-rounders, with rubber spacers on them (purchased separately from EAA). 12+1+15+15 means 43 rounds of 40-cal. Nice package, and you hardly know you're carrying it. Many thanks to Bud's for carrying this pistol (they're hard to find), and for shipping it so quickly.
