Hi- Point products are about the same as ProMag and any other plastic metal magazine.

Mag lips are bad or something. Bullets just fly up jamming when shot. Eight round magazine that gun came with functions properly 10 round magazines purchased do not at all

.380/9mm = same, for this magazine. I've heard-say, "Stay with Hi-Point for magazines, as the knock-offs cause problems." Don't know this from experience, but didn't take any chances. These appear well-made.

This is a photo of the 8 round mag. What was shipped was the 10 round. Either will work in the Hi-Point pistol. It just makes the grip a lot longer.

I ordered the extra 380ACP mag so I'd have an extra Mag so far I've put 50rds through it and it feeds good with no problems!
