Auto Ordnance 1911A1 WWII .45 Parkerized [1911PKZSE]
by DAVID M
Date Added: Saturday 19 March, 2011
You have to love this side arm. It has the 1911A1 features with the 1911 long trigger. If you prefer the long trigger with the arched mainspring housing you have the best of both worlds. The finish is excellent, nicely coated and of good quality. Trigger pull is good. Sights are low profile combat type found on military .45's. I like this firearm because I have much experience shooting stock 1911's. This is my first with an arched mainspring housing and I must admit to myself it is preferable over the flat mainspring housing because it forces my grip up into the safety. I will do a follow up when I get it to the range. Buds was great to deal with. I made my purchase during the shot show and poor Gurney made me an excellent trade while holding down the fort single handed. He always got back to me and worked out the deal. The rest of the staff worked out the final parts of the transaction very well. A+ for sidearm and A+ to Buds staff!
