I have loved varmint hunting since the first time I went 41 years ago. I was also taught that heavy barrel bolt action varmint rifles were the only weapons to use. That may have been true years ago , but not anymore. This Bushmaster Varminter is absolutely a tack driver. I just thought AR-15 type rifles were for police and military applications, I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only is it a lot lighter than a "varmint rifle", its a lot more fun to shoot. Anyone considering purchasing this rifle, need not to worry, you won't be disappointed. This may be my first Bushmaster, but I can promise you it won't be my last!!!!!
