My wife and I are first-time gun owners, and we bought this after a great deal of research and hearing input, learning about how reliable the p95 is.
Got to shoot at an outdoor range this morning and put 200 rounds - 50 each of 4 different types of ammo - through. Only had a few issues and they were limited to one of the brands. I didn't let that get to me, and it was an otherwise fantastic experience and I'm extremely happy with the choice of the Ruger.
Feels great in my hands, comfortable and solid with a nice weight.
My wife was worried about handling this as she has smaller hands and less hand strength. But she did every bit as well with it as anyone else could. Just took some time handling it to become comfortable with it before shooting and she didn't really have any issues.
