I recently purchased a new Ruger American [ wood stock] and could not be happier --- The rifle is as advertised, well made and functions flawlessly --- What I would expect from Ruger. My experience with Bud's went very smoothly, as always, this is at least the 12th rifle I have bought from Bud's and I have no reason to shop elsewhere --- their service has always been first class and most of the time, the shipping is quick ---- john H
