Remember the old saying: "You get what you pay for." I really love the gun, but the insane process I had to go through to get it was horrible. I am unfortunately from the Communist State of Maryland or (USSMD, CCCP MD, I don't know). Anyways, they are horrible when it comes to protecting our Second Ammendment Rights. Although that is the case, it does not excuse Bud's lack of profesionalism. When ordering the weapon I specifically asked if the gun came with a used shell casing, again for my rediculous state's laws. They told me it did. I remember asking "Are you sure, b/c my state is a little crazy," again I was told it did. I then ordered the weapon. I called about a week later, b/c I didn't hear anything from anyone. The first person I spoke with, was very rude, did not like helping me for some odd reason. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. So, I called back two days later, and finnally spoke to someone who explained to me that the weapon had been shipped. OK, so when the gun came I was very excited. BUT unfortunately, it did not come with the shell casing, AND!!! I was told that I couldn't even hold the weapon!!! Very Disappointing!!! Then I was told I had to send it to another store, VERY FAR AWAY an hour or so, AND have to pay to have the shell case process done. A Lot of Frustration, A lot of Driving, and MORE Hard Earned Money down the drain. I was pretty upset. AGAIN, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Perhaps, it would be easier and less stressful to just buy the weapon from the store next time. In addition, everytime I call Bud's, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE!!! YOU have to wait forever, and keep trying back before you get someone, WHO OH BY THE WAY may or may not tell you the truth about your order and completely screw up your online purchasing experience. I am very displease with this particular experience. The gun is pretty nice, but "MY GOD" the S*&% I had to go through to get it was a B.
Not sure if I will ever buy anything from them again, and as of right now I sure as HELL will not recommend them to anyone.
