Just as i remember it from the Corps. this pistol is very accurate out of the box. it is an absolute pleasure to shoot. this is also a great pistol to learn to shoot with. the size and weight of the beretta 92fs eat up alot of the recoil. i have all the confidence in the world that this pistol will go "bang" every time. the manual safety also acts as a decocker. so when the safety is on, the hammer is home. this is important to know if you plan on using this as a carry piece or a primary home defense piece. in a high pressure situation, you may not think to disengage the safety AND draw the hammer. so, do practice firing in D/A to get used to the weight of the trigger pull. also, be advised 9mm ball ammo zips through drywall. so, invest in decent hollow points.
