Fine Gun, Great Price. Savage Quality, and Bud's service is excellent. This gun is a tack driver. Consistent 1/2" groups at 200 yds with Hornady V-Max. I mounted a bipod and a 3x9 scope on it the first week I got it, and now I have the ultimate varmint hunter. The Accu-trigger, and the thumbhole stock are an extreme plus, and I was pleasantly surprised at the results even on a windy day. As for fit and finish? GREAT. Beautifully done laminate stock, and the Stainless Heavy Barrel, make it a beauty. One thing I found annoying was the magazine release - it is kind of clunky. I would have preferred one set all the way into the stock, but other than that, nothing else to complain about.
If you are looking for a really good varmint gun, this is it. You will not be disappointed!
