Just got this pistol. It works a little better than the Taurus knock-off, ( PT22), I bought a few months ago, but it has jamming problems. While it isn't as bad as the Taurus, it isn't all that great. As for a "break in period" I can't buy that. I've been shooting all kinds of guns for more than 50 years now, and don't think you should have fiddle around with a gun to get the thing work properly. That should be the job of the manufacturer. In other words, they should only send out guns that work! Again, it isn't near as bad as the Taurus which I trashed, but if it doesn't perform any better very soon, it'll wind up in the dumpster next to the Taurus. Bud's prices are great, so at least I didn't pay retail for either piece.
