Bersa Thunder 380 .380acp Duo Tone, 7 round [THUN380DT]
by Jonathan P
Date Added: Tuesday 13 March, 2012
I purchased the Bersa Thunder .380 because its what a friend of mine uses as his ccw, and he loves it. I like the feel of the weapon in my hand and the weight is balanced very nice. The shipping took a little longer than I was expecting but over all I had a good experience with buds. The gun came in great condition and is a snap to clean and oil. I bought Monarch .380 auto 94 grain rounds to use the first time i fired this gun. The gun fired great for about the first 50 rounds, the sites were a little off but thats to be expected on the new gun. but after the first 50 rounds the gun began to experience FTF on the last round of the clip. It did this on two different types of clips, the bersa mag and the promag. It would not do it everytime but about every third clip. I have looked on Bersa's site and many people are having the same problem. There are several things I need to try, cleaning the mag, adjust my grip, check the recoil spring. The site also says that after the break in period this problem goes away. Overall I am happy with the gun and once I get the kinks worked out would recomend it someone else.
