KEL-TEC CNC P-11 P-11 10+1 9mm 3.1"
[P11]

I got this weapon earlier this year. Shipping was fast; Buds is the best, as always.
I love this weapon and it is the first gun I've ever "forgotten" that I was carrying. I shot 150 rounds the first time I took it out, and I think I had maybe 2 FTF malfunctions related to me riding the slide a bit to chamber a round--my own fault of course, but the recoil springs are pretty stout in this thing. Once I got used to operating it properly, it has functioned without problem. Recoil is as expected for a compact gun; I probably wouldn't elect to shoot the thing all day long, but an hour at the range is doable.
The trigger is long and heavy, but it is manageable with practice or presumably if you are experienced with DA revolvers. The sites are perfectly adequate for what the gun needs to do--polymer 3-dot. The decent sites, long trigger, and sharp recoil make for a weapon that has adequate accuracy. Nothing spectacular here.
There are more accessories and holsters for this gun than I would ever use, but I know that is important for some people. I ordered two 12 round mags from Buds, and they work fine. The 10 round magazine that is shipped with the weapon works perfectly too, but it rattles a bit when loaded. Smacking the left side of the mag on my palm seems to solve that issue.
The finish is ho-hum, but then again, I bought this gun to drag with me on the trail, on my bike, or whatever, getting sweaty and dirty but working if I need it to, and that's what it does.
As I said, the P11 is easy to conceal. It's probably too thick to conceal well in a pocket of anything other than a jacket but It rides IWB well in just about any position I've put it in. Some people don't like the belt-clip idea, but it's a nice option for the days I don't wear jeans and a belt. I haven't really decided if I like carrying it that way, but it is an option.
To me, the P11 is a workhorse. It's not pretty but it does its job--and I don't exactly want people to see it anyways. In the event it falls into a river or gets stolen from the car while I'm in a gun-free zone, I'll be upset, but at least I won't be losing a precious heirloom.
When considering this weapon, one must weigh what is important to them. I wanted light, inexpensive, and compact weapon in 9mm that functioned well, and the P11 fit the bill nicely with a bonus 12 1 capacity. If you want a more aesthetically pleasing or accurate weapon, there are better options, but not in this price range. The P11 is a quality gun that would have a place in my safe amongst its more expensive peers if It weren't always on my waist.
