If I could give this gun 6 stars I would. I shoot primarily 9mm handguns and was looking for a .22lr to reduce my costs on ammo. I went back and forth for months between the Ruger Mark III and the Browning Buck Mark. It didn't help that between those two guns there were over 30 choices of models. All of the reviews I read about the two guns sounded like discussions of politics or religion. The one consistent comment I heard while reading the reviews was that if it weren't for the price they would all be shooting the 41. I have to admit the price did cause me to pause right up until I shot one.
I own guns from Glock, Taurus, Sig Sauer, Ruger, Colt and Remington and nothing I own or have ever shot compares to the enjoyment I have gotten from shooting this gun. Also, by far one of the easiest guns to clean and maintain. Obviously way more money than the competition but well worth the money. Besides in my opinion, the competion for this gun is not the Ruger or the Browning but instead some of the european target pistols. It best feature in my opinion is the trigger. Breaks like a thin glass rod.
