Purchased this pistol a couple of months ago from Buds. Transaction went just great, they kept in touch with me all through payment and delivery status. My gun dealer received this .44 in fast time. Buds just can't be beat for their prices. No one in this area could match them. Never knew such nice, helpful people like the folks at Buds exist anymore, but they do. They are real pros and know everything they are talking about.
The Smith & Wesson .44 magnum, 629 is the most well put together, precise operating gun I've ever seen. I just can't get over the workmanship in this gun. Such great, close tolerancing in manufacturing process. Nicely polished stainless steel, no nicks, scratches anywhere. The trigger pull is just incredible. So smooth and precise. This gun is so pretty I'm afraid to fire it.....but sometimes I'll get a chance to shoot the thing and let you know what happens.
My thanks goes to BudsGunshop, as this is the best place in the world for firearms and related products. Also, big thanks to Smith & Wesson for such a well made firearm. This .44 is just absolutely astounding to me! It fits my hand perfectly, a little heavy, the way I like it. I've ordered a Crimson Trace laser sight for it and can't wait to put it on.
So, thanks guys, at Buds. And thank you, Smith & Wesson. Hope to buy another S & M in the future, and you can be sure I will get it from Buds.
