Bought one of these from Buds a few weeks ago (Excellent price and service from Buds BTW!!)
This is my first .22 pistol, bought to save some money in ammo. I have put about 500 rounds through it now...its great! Nice and accurate, fully adjustable sights. Looks weird, but fits well in my hand...if you like Glocks, you'll probably not mind the grip angle at all. Has the odd stoppage here and there, buts that .22 for you - not a fault of this pistol, which does not seem picky on ammo choice. Easy to strip and maintain. Should you want to, would be easy to slap some sort of scope on the top rail. Extra magazines can be bought for about $15 if you look on the net, so not too expensive there.
Reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there are a couple of minor annoying things - the mag release catch is in an odd place, especially so for left handers, and the safety catch is too far back, sharp edged and stiff and is effectively worthless - but no big deal if you are just putzing around plinking and target shooting
All in all if you are in the market for a very cheap .22 pistol that does what it says on the tin, you won't go far wrong with this one! Also, if you register online, Beretta will give you 3 years warranty.
