Browning 30-06 Springfield A-Bolt Composite Stalker Rifle
by Ronald H
Date Added: Wednesday 18 July, 2012
This is a replacement for the exact same caliber browning abolt i bought around 1989-1990. It was the most accurate rifle out of the box I have ever owned...I sold it in a moment of insanity. After shooting a Win M70 classic featherweight the past couple years (beautiful gun in classic .308 round)...I just was not as happy as I thought. So thinking back i decided to buy another of the rifle that accounted for more deer than any other in my life...another Browning ABolt but this time it was the ABolt II. I am not sure of the differences but this one is a tack driver as well. Great rifle...free floated barrel...strong three lug bolt....matt blued barrel with composite stock...adjustable trigger and can be top loaded or through use of removable (if you want) magazine.
Great rifle...great transaction with Buds...and great transaction when picking up at local FFL holder. Showed my concealed permit and DL...paid the money...filled out the forms...walked out the door.
Thanks Buds....these Browning ABolts are still quite the deal and accurate to boot.
