Absolutely great pistol. I bought mine two years ago and I love it. It's accurate, feels nice in my hands, and very easy to operate. I added on a rubber grip to help when I'm shooting for a long time, but it was not necessary, but more a preference on my part. I do wish (at times) that I had waited and bought the XD(M) version, but that is also just a preference, after owning an XD(M) in 9mm. For the price these things were going for at the time, I don't see the XD(M) as offering many advantages when the price difference is considered. If you have the money, go ahead and pick up the XD(M). If your budget is tight, but you still want a nice, quality pistol, don't hesitate on picking one of these up!
