Not really "Cons", but just slight issues:
No instructions included, other than 1. Insert Mag 2. Place Rounds in tray 3. Pull lever, don't consider that extremely "detailed", but it doesn't really take a genius to figure the thing out.
No matter what I did, I could not get more than 17 rounds of 7.62x39 to fit in the tray, but since I'm loading 30 round mags, I have to do it twice anyway, so what's the difference.
Very hard to pull the lever, I had to use the edge of a table to push it. But I assume it will loosen up over time.
Overall, I'm happy with it, and it will save a lot of wear and tear on my fingers and thumbs.
