This rifle was a pleasant surprise! Good looking, high quality manufacture and a gorgeous stock.
Right out of the box, at 100 yards, it shoots 5 shot groups under one inch. I never expected that from a 22 LR. Great trigger too. Doesn't seem to have a preference for ammo. Remington and CCI feed through the action smoothly without a jamb and accuracy doesn't vary.
Yesterday, I had a fun time knocking pop cans off fence posts at 150 yds. Out of about 20 shots, it never missed a can.
I thought a Nikkon 3-10X30 scope, borrowed off a 243 was overkill for a 22 LR but I think I'll leave it on and get a another for the 243.
I did have a little difficulty finding scope rings that fit the dove tail well. Ended up with Redfields that fit good but not perfectly.
