this revolver will stand up against ANY gp100 or 686. mine is for woods carry when im trapping/hiking. it is a tad heavy but it handles +p loads ( I keep 158gr buffalo bores in it ). plenty of medicine for even a big black bear ( we dont have any grizzlies ). fit and finish isnt bad, but its not a Python. good all around everyday gun.
