Taurus PT945, .45ACP, 4.25in barrel, Stainless, Rosewood, Gold H [1945049GR]
$445.00

Although the gun is beautiful, there are a few problems . Most of the newer Taurus models come with a hard case...this 1911 however, does not. It is simply in a cardboard box. The gold accents look more like brass. Slide was extremely stiff and caused ejected rounds to 'stovepipe'. After 30 rounds or so, the slide eased up and no longer jammed. Plan on going to the range and putting a box of rounds through it before it is the only thing in between you and death. This is not a Kimber...it is built more like the old Colt 1911. Bud's has one of the lowest prices (even with the ridiculous 'no cash' fee). My order was delivered 16 days from when I ordered. All and all, it was a great buy. It is a good idea to ask any questions elsewhere, as Bud's is too busy to answer the phone. Although my knowledge is mainly limited to my Marine Corps career and my shooting for fun in the yard, if you have any questions I may be able to help; shoot me an email [email protected]
