I placed my order on Friday October 28th, and I picked up the gun from my FFL on Tuesday November the 1st. Bud's was amazing. Constant updates on shipping, very helpful personnel, amazing experience through and through. Now on to the gun.
Several of my friends own .357 magnums, from such companies like Dan Wesson, and Smith & Wesson to name a few so this Taurus had some serious competition to live up to. Let me tell you, this thing is a dream. Trigger pull is light and crisp. The gun fires dead on, and is more accurate than I am. It eats any sort of ammo, cheap through the expensive stuff. The grips are not excellent, but suffice. The recoil even with the .357 magnum rounds is VERY manageable, and not even noticable with the 38 special rounds. I shot 50 rounds of each type of ammo through this gun today and it performed flawlessly. My only gripe is how long it took me to clean the gun once I picked it up. I spent a good 30 minutes cleaning up all the grease off of the gun and drying it and polishing it. But it looks amazing, and fires even better. I would recommend this gun to anyone interested in purchasing a .357 but isn't sure which brand or model to buy. This is the best $385 I have spent in a LONG time. Thanks Bud's, I will shop with you again!
