I orderd the gun on 3/5/11 and recieved it on 3/15/11, which was great. I have no problem with Bud's, but with Taurus I don't know. The action on the gun is a problem right out of the box. It only shoots about 1 out of 3 shots, the others misfire. I called Taurus and told them about the problem and they had Fedx pick it up at my house on Tues. 3/20/11. One odd thing is on monday on their site in the repair status they said they had the gun on monday, the day before I shipped it. As of now the status is still gun recieved nothing done yet. The CS rep told me about 2 to 4 weeks to fix the problem, so I think most of that time is sitting until they decide to look at it. I don't know, never got a faulty gun right out of the box. I have 2 other Taurus Revolvers that are great guns, hope this one turns out to be.
