This is one very small pistol, even for a .380. I have not fired it and may not but it's hard to imagine this weapon being very accurate. Very Light and very small. I will say however, that I loaded the magazine and cycled a few rounds through it just to check the function. It cycles very well and I'm realtively sure it probably shoots very well. The only problem I can see is it might be a challenge hitting a target. Of course, this is not a pistol for banging away at a target 30 yds away. It's more for right in your face shooting. I think this would be an ideal weapon for a woman since it is so light and if the entire magazine were emptied at a would be attacker, he would probably flee in terror or at least get the message. Easily concealed because it is so small and thin. It does have some of the same ole problems Colt is getting famous for, rubber/polymer guide rod, and it appears to have a rubber/polymer trigger but can't confirm the latter. I have not field stripped or disassemblied since this one may go back on the market. Bottom line-if you're more confortable with a .45 1911, this one may not suit your needs but if you want a "Cute" little pistol, this one is a good choice. One other item might be parts. I do not know if Colt has replacement parts available but that is a consideration. Of course if collecting Colts is the objective, then add this one since it's very difficult to locate one that is NIB.
