This Henry 22 LR IS very nice looking has a great looking solid wood stock and forearm. The action is so smooth the sights are easy to adjust and easy to fix on target. The barrel ring bands are solid steel the lever action is real sweet smooth as butter. This is a very good buy for such a great piece of history. I am surprised how well the rifle shoots at 100 yards. I have a Winchester 30/30 and I can tell you this Henry rifle is more accurate at 100 yards. I fired CCI and Winchester ammo the CCI was great no issues. As normal Buds has done a good job offering this rifle at such a reasonable price. I purchased this rifle on Buds 180 layaway program which I love. I don't know of any other dealer offering 180 layaway on selected guns. This is my 5th gun purchase from Buds they have earned my business. H001 is a great choose for a 22LR you will not be disappointed. Henry offers a nice leather rifle sling for this rifle. Thanks Buds great gun can't wait to get back to the rifle range..
