Maybe other people that have a bad experience with this rifle either have some bad luck, or just don't understand what this rifle is all about. I took mine out this weekend and put a solid 300 rounds through it, not a single jam in anyway. Also, I was rapid firing this thing and emptying the magazine in about 2 seconds. I used 3 kinds of ammo, Federal Game Shock 36gr HP, American Eagle 40gr HP and CCI Minimags 36gr. It cycled through them all without any failure.
The thing about this rifle is that it is what it says it is, a survival rifle. You can stuff it in your pack, quickly assemble it and take down small game in a survival situation. It looks like a toy when assembled, but don't be fooled. It's accurate, reliable and well worth having in your backpack on all expeditions into the wild.
