Buds-
This is my 2nd order from Buds. Processing time took slightly longer than previously, about 3 days - received at my FFL in about 8 days with 2 of those being weekend days and 1 for me to make FFL arrangements. I would say so-so on the whole processing and shipping stuff. All in all a good transaction.
XD9 mod 2-
Prior to buying, I already owned the XDS9. which is a good gun - However for those who are trying to decide between the XDS and XD9 (single stack vs doublestack) I would say this. The XD has a better trigger, better grip and double the capacity for only being slightly heavier and thicker. When carrying w/ a decent holster, you wont even realize the size sacrifices. In my opinion Springfield gives you the most bang for you buck and packages their firearms better than any other manufacturer. Quality all the way around from the polymer, to the feed ramp to the magazines. Magazines wont break the bank -picked up 2 more 13rd flush mags for $22 each at CTD-This has become my new favorite and ccw - If could go back I would've bought the XD9 first and passed on the XDS9. They are so close in dimensions that they do not apply to me and im a smaller size guy. Selling the XDS, both are great I just do not see the need for it after picking this one up.
