After 10 months of constant use (more than 8,000 rounds through it ) it continues to get better all the time. The trigger feels like it's been worked on but hasn't. I use this as my "go to" gun for student training. Regardless of what they have been used to shooting (if anything), they simply shoot better with the M&P full size 9mm. It fits, period. Just today, I had a student how I could correct his shooting with just a word/action or two. I told him that was the cool thing about the M&P. Ergonomically, it's designed to shoot right where you'd be pointing a finger at something. So, they're already in a natural position. This allows me to make minor adjustments without them screwing up a different part of the shooting stance/form. I now have this full size, a 9 compact with night sights and Crimson trace, a 45 compact and I just ordered a 9 compact with thumb safety for my daughter. Needless to say, I'm a fan and I work with them....not just plink at cans once in a while. Congrats S&W and thanks Buds for great service and very competitive pricing (The 9compact I just bought.....$439!!! That's cheaper than I can buy direct from Smith at my instructor price!).
