Wilson Combat 10 + 1 Round Single Action 9MM w/3 3/4" Barrel [ADP]
$532.00

Date Added: Monday 24 December, 2007
I purchased this handgun in mid 2007 after seeing it at a local gun show. The booth at the gun show wanted $750.00 for it after saying how rare it is. I ended up finding the gun at a great price on this site and promptly ordered it. The gun is small, thin, carries 10 rounds of 9mm, and will fit in my jeans front pocket. The ADP is very accurate and the trigger is great.
The gun DOES feel cheap, toy-ish BUT I have NEVER had one failure to feed, failure to fire, failure to extract. That is after firing over 500 rounds and only cleaning it twice.
The gun uses a gas type system similar to the H&KP7 and gets very dirty very fast. It gets dirty to the point where it is difficult to rack the slide if it's not cleaned. Clean it after every 200 rounds and you'll be fine. I've gone more than that without cleaning. Also, it is a little tricky to put the slide back on once disassembled but gets easier with practice.
The gun is comfortable to handle and is perfect for smaller hands. There is a finger extension on the magazines. It is smaller than the smallest glock and is comfortable to wear.
I thoroughly enjoy shooting this gun and having no problems I cannot help but recommend it to everyone looking for a small, high capacity (for it's size), reliable, accurate (fixed barrel), and fun firearm. The finish on the slide is a tuff-coat or whatever Wilson Combat calls it (very tough).
Since this is a rare firearm, you won't be able to find it in local gun stores; however, if you are in the North Miami area and wish to try this gun out I frequent the American Handgun Range on Pembroke Road in Hollywood. Email me at [email protected] to try out the gun.
