Just got around to shooting this rifle. Beautiful. Shot smooth as silk. Used wolf ammo, nothing special. Rifle arrived in excellent packaging, speedy (thanks Buds as usual) and with just a little minor cleaning, it looked like a million bucks. Held a group the size of a silver dollar (100 yds) and onlly had to adjust the front sight 1/4 turn on elevation and 1/4 turn on windage. In other words. it was pretty well sighted in. Love this rifle. I put a hard rubber bushing on the main receiving spring to eliminate metal on metal on round ejection and a nice thick rubber recoil pad made for this rifle, prior to shooting, and I felt zero recoil, and since my arms are long, the recoil pad gave me the extra inch I needed to comfortably cheek the stock. This rifle is my favorite.
I forgot to mention, the bayonet and metal sheath, along with a leather sheath to hold the bayonet on your belt, were also in excellent condition, and the two magazines, were great as well.
I was like a kid with his first BB gun. Very happy with this purchase. One final note. Field stripping is a piece of cake and youtube along with the instructions you will receive with your purchase will help you 100 percent. Love the wood (furniture) also Gave the wood 3 coats of true oil with a light steel wool in between coats. This is a keeper.
