Typical Mossberg...rough, clanky, and reliable as can be. Shipping from Buds was fast and efficient, as always.
Gun arived in cardboard box...kinda sets you back, but then you realize that this is a gun that has been made in America since incpetion, and the price hasn't gone up that much. For a few hundred bucks, you get the most reliable, durable, powerful home defense weapon on the market.
This isn't for shooting ducks in a slough...it's for shooting assailants and protecting your family. A little tight in the action at first, but dry cycle it a few hundred times and it feels better.
