First time ordering from BUDS, and decided to take advantage of the extra cash discount with this order. Gosh, that was a slightly lengthy wait just to have the Mosin shipped, but its not as horrible as other might make it out to be. Now onto the actual review. I had the rifle sent to my FFL who's also my local gun smith. Having read some recent reviews over the recent batch of "excellent condition" rifles, I was a bit worried that I was going to receive a lemon. Once unwrapped, both myself and my gun smith was impressed by the quality of the piece; he gave it a quick once over and thought I had made a good buy. Stock was in great shape, all the serial numbers match, to include the bayonet's, and the rifling still look good. As a bonus, the bayonet actual went on without a hitch. Looking forward to cleaning it up and taking it to the range in the coming days. I would have no problem buying another one of these from BUDS in the future. Thanks.
