Got this rifle as a Christmas present for step dad and after looking at it for a month before the big day, I must say it was tough to let it go. All matching numbers and truly in excellent condition for its age. A few nicks here and there indicate its use and it is fun to imagine the history that this rifle could have seen and even have helped make. If it weren't for the fact I just purchased an AR15 and 12GA (also from Bud's) I would have one of these on the way for myself. Just got to let the wife cool down a little first. Gorgeous piece of functional history.
