Mosin-Nagant M91/30 7.62X54R Very Good Condition [RI660V]

I had read reviews of this rifle on Buds and was expecting a cosmoline nightmare. Not so as I found out.I bought a bottle of mineral sprits and had a dozen big rags all ready.Didn't need them. All I needed was the cleaner perserver I go with the kleanbore cleaning kit that I had puchased from Buds earlier.I have looked down barrels of rifles but,I have never seen rifleing as deep as this one.It was in great shape for a 1933 model all the way down to where the shell fires and then it looked a little mushed out.I contacted my nephew via E-mail who is a certified gunssmith. He put my mind at ease when he said the Mosin is built like a tank! It's in the thickness and strength of the barrellIn other words you can't wear these tough rifles out.I love mine it is in great shape and for the price which I have seen the asking price for these up to $900.
