Ordered this rifle last Saturday, didn't come in until late Thursday after I went out of town. Today I picked up my rifle from my FFL, making an amazing birthday present to myself so the wait was worth it. My FFL doesn't allow you to open the box until the transfer is complete, something about regulations or something. I was a little apprehensive leaving the gun shop with an uninspected rifle but it turned out being well worth it. As soon as I could open the box I was getting it open to look at what I had. Much to my surprise out of the box comes an ammo pouch followed by a rifle that looks like it was made yesterday it was in such good condition. After the rifle came the bayonet and the bag containing the original tool kit, sling, oil bottle, and much to my surprise another ammo pouch, all looking brand new. As to the cosmoline, the rifle has hardly any on it, haven't gotten a chance to start cleaning it which is killing me, the oil container was almost a block of cosmo along with the bayonet. The one and only thing I can say is that they should have put the oil container in a separate wrap or bag like the bayonet so that cosmoline doesn't get all over the sling and tool pouch. Overall absolutely amazing, cannot wait to get it cleaned up and shoot it. Thanks to Buds for the awesome rifle at the right price, definitely the beginning of many sales to come from me.
