Mosin-Nagant M91/30 7.62X54R Very Good Condition [RI660V]

Bought 2 of these on 5/7/12. Got emails every step of the way. How fast Buds moves is AMAZING! They were at my FFL on the 10th (Im in the Chicago burbs). Picked them up on 5/14/12 after the weekend. Stripped them down to bare parts, soaked the hard parts in mineral spirits, used lots of paper towels and sunning the stocks to get the cosmoline out. Then a light misting of simple green on a cloth rag and going over the stocks with that every 15-20min alternating with the sun got every ounce of cosmoline out. Hand buffed the finish with a cloth daiper and they are like antique furniture!! REMARKABLY BEAUTIFUL! Just reassembled last night, checked headspace with a field gauge (ALWAYS do tht before you fire them!!) . Goto youtube and look up iraqverteran8888 for a how-to on headspacing and firing pin protrusion on the Mosin. You need to remove the extractor clip to do it. Plan on sighting them in on Friday at the range.
The bolts are SMOOTH AS SILK!!!
I am now the proud PROUD owner of a 1937 and a 1942 Izhevsk in stunning condition. Both completely numbers matching (except for bayonet, they do not match). Also complete with 2 oil cans, 2 slings and 4 ammo belt pouches.
