Well, this is my first Beretta, my first .40, and my first non-communist handgun(Tokarev and Cz82) all rolled into one. I must say, I'm amazed at how great a deal it was. I've always loved the design of the Beretta 90 series pistols, but never found one that I could bring myself to purchase until this one.
The balance is wonderful, accuracy is good, the point of aim is perfect, and the ease of disassembly is unbeatable. Plus, it's stainless. Also night sights are still glowing, the straight backstrap fits in your hand like a Para Ordnance double stack 1911, and the only signs of wear are on the back of the frame and the safety lever(the previous owner was a lefty). If you're on the fence, buy it.
Had a buddy offer me $600 for it...if I didn't like it so much, I'd have sold it then and there.
