Had high hopes my Stoeger came but once put together very tight. Couldn't get it to break open. After lots of grunting and force it opened. I didn't try to fire it. Didn't want it stuck shut with rounds in it not knowing if cocked or not. To Stoeger credit they issued a RA and I returned it. 45 days waiting...

If you want a tactical home defense shotgun that makes you feel like you should be riding shotgun on a stage coach. This is it.

Nicely made double barrel shotgun. Shoots very well. Functions perfectly. I was very pleased about how it shoots and functions. Very much pleased with it.

This has become my favorite bedside shotgun. Very balanced and short enough for quick maneuvering. Only wished it had ejectors. Well worth the money.

Buds was great as usual. Arrived at my FFL in 3 days. I love this shot gun! Well made, looks like it will make a good truck gun or home defense shotgun. It is light and easy to maneuver in tight areas. The fiber optic front sight is bright and easy to pick up. Ported barrels are a nice touch, and the lower rail is perfect for a light. I have owned several Stoeger Coach Guns and I am used to the automatic safety, easy to move to fire. This shotgun is a lot of fun with all three types of mini shells. I highly recommend this shotgun for any numbers of roles you need to fill.

Exactly what we were looking for. Very easy to fire and maintain. Very easy to tell if its unloaded. Great home defense weapon for someone who is not comfortable with a pump or auto loader.

I love my "boomstick" if ever having to defend against the deadites I will surely be prepared. Buds was great as always. The only issue I have is in the description of the firearm it stated a wood stock and foregrip but upon delivery it had a synthetic stock and foregrip. So I went back and checked the description again and it says "The Double Defense gun is outfitted with a green, fiber-optic front sight and comes standard with two Picatinny Rail accessory mounts: one on the receiver for red-dot sights and a second factory-installed rail under the barrels for attaching targeting lasers or tactical lights. All metal surfaces are finished in matte blue and come complete with non-reflective matte black hardwood stock and forearm." Then I saw the specifications and it stated synthetic. I would have loved a wood stock but it will not interfere with the function or fun of shooting an ol double barrel.

GREAT shotgun! What is not to like about a tactical double barrel 12-gauge? Shotgun is as described. Good finish and function. A flashlight has been attached and it is now my new personal greeter.
