I purchased my Bodyguad 380 in Oct 11. The discription said the gun was in excellant condition. When I recieved the gun, I inspected it and the gun was in like new condition. I tried the laser but it didn't work. I wasn't sure if the gun was shipped with batteries and I didn't have time to read the instructions on how to break down the gun and remove the laser and batteries. I accepted the gun and purchased new batteries. When I got home, I followed the manual and replaced the batteries making sure they were installed correctly. The laser doesn't work in or out of the gun. I am totally satisfied with gun (except the laser issue). Do you have any suggestions on getting the laser fixed? I e-mailed Smith & Wesson and have tried calling but haven't been able to talk to anyone.
