This Ruger 10-22 classic stainless steel with the black walnut stock , inlaid with fish scales instead of the normal checkering , and laser etched Ruger logo , is just a beautiful rifle . This rifle is excellent. I have used this rifle often, never jams and very accurate.

Always wanted a "beautiful" 22 rifle. Saw this one and had to have it. Not only does it look great but shoots just as good. Added a scope for my tired old eyes and it's a "tack driver" at 100 yards. Ruger 10/22...how can you go wrong...probably more sold than all other brands combined. Definitely a keeper to be passed down hopefully for generations.

This firearm shoots great and looks good too. You won't be disappointed when you pull it out of the box.

I was excited to finally get this gun. Initially it looked beautiful when I picked it up at my local FFL. However, when I started cleaning it I discovered a 2.5" crack from the butt plate forward on the upper part of the stock emanating from the screw hole for the butt plate. I am less than pleased this flaw got out of the Ruger Quality Control Inspection. Now I am at the mercy of Ruger to make this problem go away. I am 73 and bought this gun for my grandson for Christmas now I have to wait it out to see how this gets fixed. A new stock would be great if they choose to do this for me. For now all I can do is wait it out.

Buds is the best, forget the rest! This fine rifle will bring tears to my son’s young eyes when he sees it! The engraving is perfect, stunning details, and the walnut stock is beautiful. This beauty will be in our family for generations to come! Another fine quality firearm from Ruger. Get one!

This is a very nice gun of excellent quality. Very accurate and dependable.Very sharp looking. I only wish I had bought this years ago. (lots of fun)

Very nice little gun. The wood grain is not as well defined or the same shade as in the picture. Kind of plain looking, but nice nonetheless.

Beautiful rifle, not a single flaw that I can find anywhere. The stock is very nice looking with a finish that is smooth as can be. Shoulders nicely and I love the feel of it. I changed out the trigger with the factory BX trigger and pull is now 2lb 6.8oz using my Lyman digital trigger pull gauge. The swap took only 5-10 minutes. Breaks clean with no creep. So far I have had no failures of any kind using SK standard plus ammo. I am waiting on a scope and rings to arrive so wont comment on accuracy yet. However, with using the open sights I am already confident accuracy will meet expectations. I didn't buy it to "mod" nor to use it as a truck gun. I wanted an unique walnut and stainless 10/22 worthy of passing on one day. It had been on my wish list for sometime when Bud's alerted me they were back in stock. It has met all my expectations. As always, dealing with bud's has been a pleasure (repeat customer). The online Lay-Away makes life easier.
