I received my hp22a which supprised me as I ordered it 7 days ago durring Christmas shipping season. So time from order to delivery a plus. When the ffl dealer opened the package in front of me it looked like the case itself had came open durring shipment but didn't think anything of it because gun looked great with no damage. Noticed one piece of the cleaning kit was missing. After getting out of the store I went to lock the case and remembered that I didn't see the keys. They did not make the shipment. Since ffl dealer opened package in front of me I decided to call bud's and they referred me to the manufacturer. Unfortunately the hours are not customer friendly with Phoenix arms. 8am to 2am mon-thur. So I have a new pistol I can't fire for who knows how long. At this point I am only partly satisfied. Hope they make good on the keys. I have had one of these before so I am sure once I get to shoot it, it will meet my expectations.
