If you purchase this firearm I hope your trigger finger is a strong one. I'm not sure what the trigger pull is on this piece but in fifty years of shooting I have never fired a pistol, derringer, or rifle that had a harder trigger pull then this does ( and yes I'm pulling the trigger down and to the rear). The manufacture claims it is a safety feature due to no trigger guard however you would have better luck throwing this piece at something then firing it. Buyer beware, best case this firearm is a paper weight. I'm going to disassemble this shooter and see if the trigger can be saved, hoping for 8 to 10 lbs and will settle for 15lbs. If I'm able to tune the trigger I'll rewrite this review and let you know. But for now do yourself a favor look elsewhere if you what stacked derringer.
