Ruger Exclusive Super Blackhawk .44 Mag. 3.75" Stainless 0817

Date Added: Saturday 27 October, 2012
This is a really good / strong well handling revolver. It was accurate right out of the box and shot different weights of projectiles to close to the same point of aim. This little gun even stands up well to the 300 grain Deer Hunter loads from Georgia Arms(the recoil is tough but managable) but recoil with normal 44mag and spl loads was not at all bad. The grips are really good looking and feel good to me / giving me a good surface to hold and deal with the recoil. This Ruger is a winner in my book!! The gun appears to only be 6 weeks or so old but was dirty and had been fired from all cylinders (light burn rings) and had a small scratch on the top strap. No big deal for a shooter gun anyway. I think the factory did not clean before shipping to Buds and do believe it was a NIB gun. Now Buds people are the greatest when taking your order - I do think they wait to long to ship if you use the pay by electronic check (I hate waiting). HOW bout it Bud's can't you ship a liiitle bit sooner for us cheapies who do not want to pay the 3% credit card charges.
