Great shotgun. Ran everything perfect a bit heavy but i love the sights

Remington 870 functions flawlessly, and delivered on time as usual from Buds', weapon had no scratches or dings and as always at a great price.

I loved Remington guns in the '80's, back when high quality was the norm...I was hesitant to buy one now until I read the great reviews on the Police models. I love this 870 and want to buy a few more. These are just what Remingtons should be...smooth, accurate, and high quality. I put a sig Romeo red dot on it, and a Blue Force sling...shoots great with slugs. Even better shooting than I had hoped.

Hello. After making several reviews of different shotguns I finally decided what I wanted and went to look for it. None of my closer dealers had it, only found one very used at a high price. Then I heard that some people had purchased online at Buds gun shop, one of the most reliable sites on internet. I wanted to give it a try and it was amaze the variety and excellent prices the had; but most of all, they had exactly brand new what I was looking for. I made the order a tuesday, and the coming friday my FFL Dealer was calling, they had my Remington 870 Police Magnum ready for pick up. I'm very happy with my shotgun, for the quality, the price I pay for it, and how fast was everything. Definitely this is not going to be my only purchase at Buds gun shop. Guys, you just made a new customer. I recommend Buds team 100%. Inspect your firearm before signing the transfer as they recommend. Buy with confidence.

Excellent shotgun. You can't beat the reliability of the Remington 870. Step it up a notch to the Police Magnum for even better quality. Tough as nails and will last a lifetime. Love it. Great transaction with Bud's. Best customer service and prices anywhere. Great experience!

I grew up on Remington 870s, hunting and shooting skeets. I decided I wanted a top of the line model and ordered a Police Magnum. Right out of the box you can definitely feel it is more robust than the Express line of shotguns. Fit and finish is excellent and the action is very smooth. This weapon will last a lifetime with proper maintenance. Shipping is super fast. Another good transaction from Bud's.

Don't hesitate buying a 870 police magnum from Buds. You get what you pay for in this world and if you are looking for legendary 870 quality pay the extra cash for the police model it is worth it.

I bought this shotgun from Buds back in 10/2015 and wanted to take it out shooting several times before posting a review. First, the service from buds was exceptional, the shotgun arrived in a timely manner, and after a thorough inspection I did not find and quality control issues from the factory. The fit and finish on this gun are good considering it is a Remington, a company that has had a lot of quality control issues lately. I will also say, that the Remington 870 Police Magnum is the only firearm I will buy from Remington and it is currently the only Remington firearm I own. On a positive note this shotgun has turn out to be a very fine firearm, as it will feed any brand of ammo and with the rifle sights it can shoot slugs very accurately. The modified choke also creates a tight pattern when using buck shot, controlling the spread, which in turn puts more lead on target at further ranges. The bottom line is, I highly recommend this shotgun for someone who is willing to pay a little more, for a much higher quality product. Consider this for thought, I bring this shotgun to work every day as a Police Officer, and I trust my life with this shotgun. Ignore the negative comments, buy one and judge for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I had an older 870 Police Magnum with the nice Walnut furniture...I just love these shotguns. A must have for every household.

Haven't had the chance to shoot it yet, but out of the box it looked quite well made and finished. Nice Parkerization job. Always a good experience with Bud's.

My Remington arrived within the time frame promised and was flawless out of the box. I just have to find the time to get to the range to try it out and order the "upgrades" I have planned. Thanks Buds !!

Received this gun today and everything looks okay with the exception the sling stud is missing on the stock. I'm not sure how many times the factory test fires shotguns but the bolt face looks like a box had been shot through it along with the brass marks on the bottom of the follower. This gun is basically a Wingmaster and they're supposed to have better quality and attention to detail.
