You do not pick a valid FFL dealer we already have on file
This is my first transaction with Buds. Other businesses could learn a few lessons
from Buds, lightning fast shipping, quality products, great customer service and
outstanding pricing. I ordered the Walther P1 on a Wednesday evening and
received it from my FFL dealer Friday morning. The manufacturing date was
7/1964, made by the Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Olm/Do. Olm is a German
city, in which Walther opened a plant in 1949. The pistol does not have the
steel hex pin. I disassembled the the firearm and found no rust and very litte wear.
The bore is bright, shiny and the rifling is sharp and crisp, with no pitting and no
discernible wear. The pistol was cleaned and lubricated with Frog Lube and
reassembled. I Fired about 50 rounds of 115 grain Walmart white box 9mm
ammo at the range, the P1 fed and fired without problems. The P1 is a pleasure
to shoot, with good balance and tight groups, and operates smoothly as silk.
If you have ever wanted a Walther P1/38, this is a fine pistol at a very reasonable price.
I am more than pleased, I am overjoyed!
Thank you Buds.
