First Impressions, wow! this gun fits my hand perfectly, seems great balance etc, to say the weapon was 'used', there was very little in the way of exterior markings/scuffs etc, so on that note, i'm very happy. Both the provided magazines are lo in what appears to be perfect condition, no problems with loading the full compliment of rounds as per expectations. And the fitted night sights did what they were supposed to do, ie, glow!
Only one negative part, the description mentioned the order included a hard case, there was not one, but, if the truth be told, i didn't buy the gun to have it in a box!! Just might have been nice to have everything as described.
As to service, I doubt I will ever, and I mean EVER, use another company to purchase firearms, the person i spoke to 'Drew' was very informative, and knowledgeable, i should point out, this was my first firearm purchase, and I'm also a US resident, not a Citizen, yet! so I had some concerns, Drew went through everything in great detail, covered everything i could ever think of, and processed my purchase in a manner I hope his boss is proud of. If i get the option for my next purchase, I will be asking to speak to Drew again. The sale took three days from initial call to being in my local FFL, something I read about sceptically on the website, but am more than happy to confirm for myself. Great work to all at BUDS!
