Took possession of mine about a week ago, and could only be happier if it was brand new or better night-sight. Condition was excellent at around 95% to my untrained eye--minor wear streak along the left slide and a few nicks in the poly at bottom of grip--that's it. Significant cleaning job was required; smudgy build-up inside the frame, but that was to be expected somewhat. The night-sights glow decent in total dark; OK and acceptable; serial # indicates 2008 manufacture. Two trips to the range and about 250 rounds; hand-rest groups of about 3" at 15 yds, free-standing groups still pretty good for me at around 6". I'm more accurate with this than I am with my G22, and I estimate recoil a little less in the Storm, but not significant. Absolutely love this gun--never really looked at them much in the past, but now that I have it, it's a really great design and build quality. Value of the deal looked great, but slightly soured when price drops on new ones came out after I ordered it, and then the $50 rebate from Beretta thru end of 2012, so right now, for marginally more, a new one can be had, albeit without night-sights. Still great deal overall if former LE use and night-sights are of value to you. This is my new favorite.
