Got one of these for Christmas. Took it out next day. Very first round slide locked open. Then no more problems rest of day. Very accurate. So much fun to shoot. I have shot several hundred rounds in last few weeks. I did have a few "stove pipes" but a slight adjustment to extractor corrected the problem. This gun is quickly becoming one of my favorites. So enjoy out performing friends and family and their ridiculously high priced and over rated 1911s.
