As for the Canik Shark FCC, it was somewhat dirty upon unboxing and the finish was not quite what I expected. Calling it the "chrome" model is a bit of a stretch as it is nothing more than a sandblasted finish with no shine whatsoever. It also was missing the speed loader which it was said to include. It is listed at a 15 1 but it actually has 2, 17 round mags which is even better. The overall fit and finish was not as nice as I had read about or heard about from others and other reviews but it is okay. I put 50 rounds through it without any issues or misfires which is a good sign. The trigger is pretty smooth in both single and double action but it does have quite a bit of slack in single but does have a nice reset on it. Very low kick and pretty easy to redirect on target with a pretty tight grouping at about 7 yards. I was a bit low and left but I'm sure that was me getting used to the gun. I had high expectations for this gun and would have to say I'm not as pleased as I was hoping to be. Not a bad gun my any means but would say it isn't the great value I had read so much about. Not sure if the Centry Arms or Tri Star versions are any better but they are a few dollars cheaper.
