CIA HG3087-N Zastava M57 9+1 7.62x25mm 4.5"
by William C Date Added: Thursday 06 March, 2014
When I picked the gun up from my FFL I immediately went to the indoor range that I belong to to shoot a box of 50 through the pistol. There were a couple of other guys shooting on lanes near me and when I started firing off the Zastava they immediately came over to see what I was shooting. It's a loud flame throwing sucker. But my fellow shooters and I all really got a kick out of it. It really is a sweet shooting pistol. No FTF or FTEs in the first 50 rounds. The gun cycled perfectly and it shot pretty accurately considering it was right out of the box. I think it will settle in and as I get more familiar with it I'll get tighter groupings. Don't expect the fit and finish of this gun to be equal to that of major American made pistols. It looks like a Soviet era gun. But I think that's part of what makes it appealing. For 249 bucks you can't go wrong. Seller and Bellot make non corrosive ammo and Buds had some in stock when I bought my gun. You can still get surplus corrosive ammo for these pistols. I'm sticking with the more modern non corrosive stuff. The gun is just really FUN COMRADES (LOL).
